Q : What will be my mode of communication?

You can contact us via phone. Besides this we use the internet to its maximum potential. You can chat with us via Yahoo chat. We will be available for online meetings also. And mails are checked more often to keep close communication with our customers through all time zones.

Q : What information do I provide to you ?

Content provision - You will provide us with detailed information on your company, the products you sell, images and text for the web site. If you cannot supply photos or images we can provide royalty-free licensed images if required.

Q : How much time a project consume?

We have already defined time frame for each plan considering our client provide images, texts and logo on time. We consider our client will respond to our emails on timely manner (usually within 24 hr). A project may take more time then assumption if a customer does not respond timely.

Q : What will be the mode of delivery?

We offer online – delivery module. We can also courier the final completed project either in a CD or DVD medium.

Our preferred mode of payment is Bank wire transfer. We request 30% upfront, and the other 70% on delivery. We accept payment by checks, direct bank transfer, wire transfer. Payment terms are flexible as per business model and project size. Normally we breakup payment terms into parts as per the development phases/duration of the project.
